Meet Our Expert
Christopher (AKA Chris) Costa has always loved animals. At the age of 10 years old he shadowed a Veterinarian to see if that was what he wanted to do. Well 11 years later he enrolled in Veterinary Nursing classes for his certification as a Veterinary Technician. He trained dogs at PetSmart before he decided to go back to school. He has worked Emergency Medicine for close to 15 years with some work in Anesthesia, Neurology, Radiology and the Intensive Care Unit. Chris has a passion for Behavior, Nutrition, Fear Free Medicine, and Pain Management. He is working on getting certified as a Dog Trainer nationally, Nutrition Certifications and Massage Therapy. Chris believes in treating a Patient (your pet) as a whole. Chris works with exotics, reptiles, amphibians and Companion Animals.
